SPECIAL EVENTS

For Mainstage, I had the opportunity to create vibrant branding for a variety of cannabis-themed events and promotions. This included annual harvest festivals each October, celebrating the cannabis harvest season, as well as "The Dope Shows," a series of movie events at The Crest Theater featuring cannabis-themed films. Each event had its unique look while staying true to Mainstage’s style, with custom designs for garments, promotional "Hookup" sheets, social graphics, videos, and more, capturing the spirit of each celebration and creating a memorable experience for attendees.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Each event involved collaboration with multiple teams, vendors, and designers to bring the concepts to life. This process included aligning with the event’s purpose, crafting the visual identity, overseeing production, and assisting with event execution. Events ranged in scale, with some budgets exceeding tens of thousands of dollars, requiring constant communication and adjustments to the creative elements as the event evolved. Others were smaller in scope, perhaps for a single vendor promoting a specific in-store special, but equally detailed in planning and execution. We also created multi-use materials, like signage and branded water bottles, that could be used across all events.
