I collaborated with KB Home to design a series of Customer Service Postcards and a Maintenance Flyer that connect with new homeowners throughout the year. These mailers were to provide helpful information and support on home maintenance, creating a consistent, reassuring touchpoint.
The design highlights KB Home’s commitment to service and relationship-building, with clean layouts, warming imagery, and welcoming messaging that make homeowners feel cared for and connected long after they’ve moved in.
